Nicole Lindsley is the CEO at Steve’s Real Food, a thriving fresh pet food company focused on embracing innovative technology to ensure success. Her experience in pet food is vast as she has spent over 12 years building Steve’s Real Food from a small emerging pet food company to a multinational category leader. 

Two years ago Nicole introduce d cold pressure technology as one of the company's value-added benefits and has been vocal about its place in the pet food industry. She has spoken at both the Cold Pressure Council annual conference and the Hiperbaric Innovation Week about the benefits HPP brings. Nicole has made HPP a focus in Steve’s Real Food’s marketing and will drive up the importance of HPP through positive consumer education campaigns.
