Mission Statement: To engage future leaders early in their careers which will ensure continued relevance for PMMI as the leading association in the packaging and processing industry. Serves as the mechanism for engagement and representation of those rising leaders.
Employee Development Committee
Mission Statement: To address the need for industry specific training for individuals currently employed in the packaging and processing industries with the intent to equip employees with the technical knowledge needed to address the challenges of a changing industry.
Future Workforce Committee
Mission Statement: Addressing the critical shortage of skilled employees by promoting awareness of attractive careers in the packaging and processing industry by providing assistance and building partnerships with schools and programs that develop people to fill the employment needs of our members.
Global Marketing Committee
Mission Statement: To assist PMMI members in developing effective programs and strategies for doing business in international markets, and is dedicated to promoting worldwide the benefits and advantages of doing business with member companies.
Industry Relations Committee
Mission Statement:To promote alignment of PMMI member companies and their customers by promoting Awareness, Adoption, and Advocacy of cooperatively derived best practice solutions.
Membership Committee
Mission Statement: Responsible for the recruitment of members, retention of existing members, and encouraging active participation of all members.
