Cancelation Policy

Registration Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellation must be received by Friday, March 21st to obtain a refund on the registration fee, minus a $100 administration fee. Refunds will not be granted to NO-SHOWS or those cancelling after this date.

Activity Cancellation Policy

If you sign up for an activity and are unable to attend, you must cancel 10 business days before the scheduled event or find someone else to fill the slot to get a full refund. To cancel an activity, send an email to:

Attire

The dress for the meeting is Resort Attire, unless otherwise noted. Please note that some of the restaurants require a jacket.Below are some definitions to help with your planning
