Registration

Registration fee includes: the full conference, all business and networking events. Additional cost for optional activities. 

  • Early Bird registration: $600 until Friday, March 29, 2019. After this date, the registration fee will be $750. The registration includes your spouse or significant other. 
  • Children over 16: $300
  • Children 11-16: $150
  • Children 10 and under: Free
  • Editors: Complimentary 

Weather

Weather is expected to be mostly sunny, with highs in the mid-80s and lows in the mid-60s. 

Attire

Resort Casual
Women: Slacks, skirt with golf shirt or blouse, walking shorts ensemble or sundress.
Men: Slacks, walking shorts, sport shirt or golf shirt.

Chairman's Reception and Dinner
Women: Dress, pantsuit, dress slacks, skirt and top.
Men: Jacket suggested, tie not required. Of course, slacks.

Golf Course Attire
Collared shirts required. No spikes on shoes.

Registration Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellation must be received by Monday, April 15, 2019 (10 business days prior to the meeting) in order to obtain a refund on the registration fee, minus a $100 administration fee.
